I defend persons charged with any criminal offense in District and Superior Courts. This includes:

motor vehicle offenses such as operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
drug offense such as drug possession/distribution
gun and ammunition charges such as illegal carrying / possessing / storing
general an domestic assault and battery / violence charges
misc. breaking and entering / larceny / robbery.

Criminal fees are paid in advance. I pride myself on charging reasonable fees for my services.
